Breitling is a Swiss-made luxury brand of men’s and women’s watches produced by Breitling SA, which is still a privately owned company.  The watchmaker is famous for their high-end Certified Chronometers, which were first designed for aviation use. Today, however, Breitling watches‘ chronograph functions are more often sought-after status symbols rather than technical tools.
Breitling watches are known for their over-sized faces.  A feature that was originally fashioned for better visibility and to allow display of more information on the analog dials. Many models feature a mechanical automatic winding mechanism and are equipped with additional functions such as the flyback function, split-second, moon phase, date display and other complications.

Aeromarine Colt start at $2,055.00 on a rubber strap.  Between 2011 and 2003, Breitling sponsored Team Bentley during their Le Mans 24 Hours campaign. To commemorate the event, Breitling created the Limited Edition Breitling Bentley 24 Le Mans Watch.  The watch is now one of their most popular models and RRP begins at around $7,300 for the traditional steel-cased model.
Many celebrities love Breitling watches and Jerry Seinfeld is said to own every Breitling available.  Other A-List fans include Simon Cowell, Ludacris, Tom Cruise and John Travolta.
